Zenon AI Chatbot

Zenon is a conversational agent that aims to help doctors, caregivers, and patients. Doctors may employ Zenon to handle assessment tasks, extract results from questionnaires and give an overview of the sentiment of the patient. On the other hand, caregivers and patients may use Zenon for frequently asked questions, ask for quick help over an issue, and report on their progress.

Zenon is equipped with a linguistic model developed for text-based sentiment analysis that supports four languages and a facial expression sentiment analysis component. Moreover, Zenon communicates with graph knowledge which queries if needed to extract more information about the patient’s emotional, health, and psychological status. Based on this information Zenon can adjust the conversation flow.
